Terms of Use
Who these terms are between
georgetowngaragedoorpros.com is operated by Georgetown Garage Door Pros, a garage door repair and installation business serving Georgetown, KY and the surrounding area
Using the site means you accept what is set out here. If you do not, stop using it.
These terms cover the website
They are not the terms of a job. Work we carry out is covered by whatever we agree with you in writing for that job, and where the two differ, the job agreement wins.
What the site is for
The site describes the work we do and the areas we cover, so you can decide whether to call us. It is not a booking system and nothing on it forms a contract.
Quotes and prices
Any figure on this site is a general indication of what work of that kind usually costs in this area. It is not a quote.
A real price depends on the door, the hardware already fitted, what has failed, and access. We give a quote after we have the details, and that quote is what binds us. A number read off a web page does not.
The advice on this site
We write about doors, springs, openers and the housing stock around Georgetown because it helps people understand what is wrong before they call
It is general information written for a general reader.
It is not an instruction to attempt a repair
Garage door springs hold enough stored energy to cause serious injury or death, and the sections on this site that say so are not being cautious for form's sake. If you act on anything here yourself, you do so at your own risk.
Service area
We work in Georgetown and the surrounding area listed on this site. We do not have premises in every town we cover and we do not claim to. Where a page says how far a place is from Georgetown, that is the distance our people travel to reach it.
Accuracy
We keep the site current, but details change and pages can fall behind. If something here matters to a decision you are making, call (502) 218-5705 and confirm it rather than relying on the page.
Liability
We are responsible for the work we carry out
We are not responsible for loss arising from someone acting on general information published here without speaking to us first, or for the site being unavailable.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law
Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of KY.
